4. Data Storage and Security
- Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security and integrity of your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest where feasible, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security."
- Data Storage Location: Your information may be stored and processed in the United States and any other country where Sola or its third-party service providers maintain facilities. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland, your data may be transferred to countries outside these regions.

- Withdraw Consent: If we are processing your personal information based on your consent (e.g., for certain marketing communications or precise location data), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions, e.g., EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the relevant age without such consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to other websites or services that are not operated or controlled by Sola ("Third-Party Services"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to Third-Party Services.
