What's easily missed here is the powerful emphasis on God's solitude in creation. The phrasing "who alone stretched out the heavens" and "spread out the earth by myself" isn't just about God's power, but about His complete independence and self-sufficiency – He needed no one, and nothing, to help Him bring the universe into being. This divine uniqueness is presented as the ultimate credential for His promise to redeem and protect His people.
