God called the Israelites to build a magnificent dwelling place for Him. But how could a people fresh from generations of slavery, building with bricks, possibly construct such a holy space? God's answer was simple: He would empower them.
When God gives a command, especially one that seems beyond human capability, He doesn't leave us to figure it out on our own. In Exodus 31:3, God declares, 'I have filled him [Bezaleel] with the Spirit of God...' This wasn't just a suggestion; it was a divine enablement. God's Spirit wasn't just for prophets or kings, but for artisans, craftsmen, and builders. He equips those He calls. This principle echoes throughout Scripture: God always prepares the people He calls. Whether it's navigating complex relationships, leading a team, or creating something beautiful, if it's in line with His purposes, His Spirit is the ultimate source of the wisdom, skill, and intelligence needed.
